Olga Tcacenco

Olga has over 15 years of experience in private wealth structuring and administration of international trusts and companies. She deals with complex cross-border structures of multinational high net worth families, focusing on legal and cross-border aspects. In recent years Olga gained significant experience in private aviation, fascinated by the industry, its complexity and at the same time variety of available solutions. Today, Olga heads our aviation advisory department KENDRISfly, successfully combining her expertise in private wealth structuring with technical knowledge in managing private aircrafts in various jurisdictions for entrepreneurs, corporations and family offices. Her expertise covers:

• Assistance in negotiation and coordination of aircraft sale-purchase transactions, from LOI to delivery
• Registration and importation of the aircraft
• Identification of the suitable jurisdiction and set-up of the aircraft owner entity
• Management and administration of the aircraft owner entity
• Compliance with regulatory requirements of the aviation industry and jurisdiction of the aircraft owner entity incorporation.

Olga holds a law degree from the University of Wales and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). She is fluent in English, Russian, Greek and speaks German with elementary proficiency.

Raphael Cica

Raphael heads the legal team at KENDRIS, and is also a Partner, Board Member and the General Counsel. He is specialized in corporate law, with a focus on Swiss and international private companies, and has over 15 years of legal experience. Within the KENDRISfly aviation department, Raphael regularly advises and offers guidance on the following matters:

• Drafting and review of aircraft purchase and sale contracts
• Advice on aircraft management agreements
• Escrow agreement services
• Set-up and corporate governance advice for aircraft holding entities.

Raphael holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of St. Gallen, and received the LL.M. with a Business Law Specialization at the University of California, Los Angeles.
